About time they got nailed. Been getting away with false claims for years. But people will still buy that crap formula. It's interesting they use so called dieticians to sell their junk.

You have to be kidding me! If Gerber was in error why are they fighting it? Google qualified health claim for infant formula which clearly states the FDA granted it to them based on how the product is made, your just upset you do not have it to promote! They hire RD's because this is a food they are promoting and nutrition for babies should be of utmost importance. If you look at some of the ingredients in the competition, I do not think you can say nutrition is the most important thing!

Gerber is not perfect, in fact it's been a really, really sh*t year, but the product is top notch and clinicians know that even if the word allergy is not mentioned.

Go on-line and read the "qualified health claim" that the FDA approved. It was for atopic dermatitis and the FDA told Gerber that there was not much scientific evidence to support this message. Get real - Gerber formula is 4th in the market behind private label.

I bet DW, MH, and CC take the fall for this fiasco. Now how many hospitals have signed our allergy risk contract? Four unless there has been a recent win.

Isn't Good Start a partial hydrolysate which means it has intact protein. It can never be given an indication for allergenicity?

    Not,sure someone please clarify????

The FTC and the FDA just did that. Nestle is making falsified claims in regard to "allergy risk reduction".
