According to emails from management last week the POV was to thank for all the sales success we are having recently. What I think Oxford should do is have marketing make a POV DVD and hire someone to push play whenever they have appointments. Obviously it isn't the reps creating the sales.
What sales? The POV is for pharma reps and now oxford reps. I'm still trying to get another job....hopefully it won't be long. Until then, I'll just live of my salary like Coy and Steve do

Very few are buying this a competitor is coming out with a better deal real soon. Do not waste your time and high manager turnover and reps. Not a place for a career. Good luck!! Leadership doesn't value talent. Turnover will continue. Product is not game changer. It's a better me too product to address a health condition that is very low risk. What type of company creates a product to address something that is literally declining in demand each day that passes? Oxford also makes this specific product the flagship sole product of portfolio! Yet the growth number reported to the street is as big as it is. Oxford in my opinion is a sell and a get the fuck out type of situation. They will continue to churn and burn quality reps until they are exposed and no high talent representatives will be interested in working with this organization. Cori does do a great job of twisting the reality of the situation. Don't trust her! I would however buy the Oxford stock if it gets below $1. Other than that it's really going to be hard to make any money off this company. As for specific leadership I will not call out anyone specifically. I will say however that some restructuring is needed to right this sinking ship. Not even the mighty POV can save them now. Better call Rico and get a refund while you still can.
