    Haven't dealt with IT yet, but just having HR centralized with Takeda now has been a real treat. Tried getting something answered by using the old MPI benefits email and was told I needed to reach out the ERC with my question. Took 2 days to get a generic answer by email and when I tried calling the ERC 800# with a follow-up question I got nowhere.

    Let's hope that several sales managers are soon to be outsourced... Gibb will be first to go. Pop a cork!
