Hell no. I wish they would. I have a lot of friends here and think it could be a good place to work. However, this company is so wish washy. Also, the work life balance is the worst I have ever experienced. They say they want us selling and yet they mandate us to make 8 sig calls a day. Dont they understand that this is counter productive? I sell all day but after lunch If I dont have at least 6 calls I start hunting for sigs. Screw selling. I have to check the box. If I don't I will get in trouble. Would someone please just let me sell. I could do great if they just take the leash off and let me go.

Here is some feedback for the management team of misfits. I decided over a month ago that I am done here... just haven't put in notice yet. I get sigs every day by having the front desk at my offices and the homes sign under the Dr's profile. I know 2 other people on my team doing the same thing. We do not give a shit because nobody else in this sales force does. People are quitting every week and you shitheads in management are spinning just trying to get your arms around it. You aren't in control of this salesforce... we are.

 

Right. Yet if you were so good, why haven't you gotten another job yet? And if you claim to have a job already with another company, you admittedly said you are running around getting fake sigs. So in fact, you are the unethical piece of shit because you are screwing both Strativa and your new company. You are a solid individual that gives our industry such a shitty rap.

 

Are you Pat LePore? Because he almost never goes to work. . . LOL

 

I like the check, that's about it.

 

Why don't you call your company Bogey or Birdie? What a dumb name - Par!
