I don't know that it is actually approved but the RD will definitely turn the other direction especially when the DM was forced to hire the BMS spy.

I agree with this. You can always tell when a woman is promoted because she slept her way up. If you say no, you are a troublemaker, immature, or crazy like the other poster said. But most of these jerks eventually get theirs. I would hate to be their wives!

Yes, you do also spend too much time on cafepharma when you can attempt to interpret personal attack interactions. But then again, many of us spend too much time here.

I wish people with problems had someone to turn to for help and wouldn't fear loss of their own jobs.

There is no one to turn to. If you're pretty, the other women will blame you too. Someone made this point previously but some turn in men, especially superiors, if an affair or fuck buddy deal sours, and this does make things tougher.
I know someone who was devastated after saying no because she was so terrified of her reputation being ruined. Isn't that heartbreaking? She was worried about her rep because she did the right thing professionally and otherwise.

Good god, this is freaking sad. I had a friend with a similar experience at another company. Managers in pharma in general are sociopathic and good at scheming. If you are not the one who is the victim of the harassment, it's hard for others to believe. Most women are not bold enough to stand up to them. Most of management is smart enough not to leave paper trails because most sexual harassers have a history of it. Record phone calls if there are any. Write down any valuable information that could at least make your story plausible.
Hr can't ask you to sign that form anymore and they cannot keep you quiet.
Was this Otsuka's HR? You forgot to mention the lies that will swarm around the company about the rep.

OK, never mind! I just read the second page. The lies about the rep part has been covered.

If you are the one whose manager was pressuring you for sexual favors, I hope you're better off. I'm sorry people were making fun of you. They are either willing participants or the harassers.

Sheesh! What happened to the psycho lady? I was belly laughing! She needs a shrink. What about the sarcastic beotch plagiarizing my linguistic phrasing? I may have a twinge of guilt because it sounds like she really was harassed if that's her at the top.
It was most fun spoofing a married woman out of all. You have all provided much free entertainment ... Especially my copy cats. Calm down and enjoy life.
It's been real fun, but I'm out, it sounds like this company has real problems. I definitely wouldn't mess with your women. Now I know what a kubaton is.

Former contract rep guy above. Glad free entertainment was provided to a real winner. So tell me... Do you tell bullies they need a shrink every time they kick your ass because it sounds like you're the one that needs help.

He put something on another thread about how easy it was to make all these dumb women think someone was talking about them.
