I recently had a face to face interview with the RM and wanted to know how long until they get back with you in regards to if they are proceeding or went with another candidate. It's been 2 days since the interview.
Ha, good luck in getting anyone in the talent recruitment pool to respond. I interviewed a month ago and never heard anything back from either HR or the hiring manager. What a waste.. Management seems like a bore anyway. No personality and didn't really sell me on what I would be doing on a daily basis. I walked away knowing any less than when I first applied.
You wouldn't want to work at this steaming pile anyway. Leadership is a complete joke. Everything went down hill about a year and half ago.
You probably will never hear from either of the cu#%ts in HR. They are useless. The managers are afraid of their own shadows let alone completely incompetent. As the previous poster said, you don't want to work here. Move on.
You know...... They have a prescription diet for posts like this. Just Calm the fuck down. Or take my advice to Idexx....get the fuck out while you still can. Vet clinics could sure use some samples in baggys for their employees. I keep one next to my bed at night, helps me sleep. Yum! xoxo
Wake up. Look around. Stop glazing over details and believing everything you are told. These RMs and other "leaders" were let go for very good reasons, especially for a large company like Mars. To come on to CP and whine about how your job and the overall work environment has had any effect on anything is a joke. All of that sucking up for nothing, and now you have to start over? Do us a favor. Go look at yourself in the mirror and repeat: " I'm a kibble pusher, and my success and happiness lies in the hands of dirty losers, because I allow it. Instead of looking for another job, I'll just whine on CafePharma about the past. I am not going anywhere". The truth can be painful though, so maybe you're safer by just living in your little bubble. PS: I've heard from many others in the animal health industry that regardless of where they landed, losers are still losers. Good luck with all of the drama and excuses.
Exactly!!! Are we really still on here sniveling like babies because a couple of corrupt mini-Walt wannabes and the King of Smut himself were released? Are people really still buying into the concept that these idiots were high quality and effective leaders? if so, is this your first job out of high school? This place was always packed with gullible as*-kissers. If your job, career, environment, etc. was affected by their more than appropriate terminations, you may have more personal problems than they do. It's been a long time. Move on! Get another job if RC is still the steaming pile of nastiness I experienced. I've also been told that certain hot-headed little infants with psychological issues are displaying the same qualities in their post-RC roles. Haaaaa! Some things never change.
This company is a complete joke. No one works and everyone goes to meetings blowing their horns like they actually do something. We are losing ground not gaining on Hills. Laughable.
I'm new to RC and I don't know what to believe after someone told me about this site. I have not seen any meaningful leadership and other people who have been here tell me things were much better. Starting to get vibe that whoever is in charge now is making excuses. The people I kinda trust that have been here say business is in bad shape.
