there are form 4 sales to keep the money and there are form 4 sales to pay your tax liability. most executives with stock do those kind of form 4's to prepay their taxes. either way he sold while the share price was illegally falsely inflated. doesnt matter what the money was going to.

I never cared for Hans and never thought he was any good. MG made a huge blunder when he hired him. Hans was totaly misfit and unprepared for the job. Didn't know about sales and marketing. He was more fit to work in a university than a real corporation.

 

I am sitting next to him on an airplane right now. He just ordered a snack pack and a gin rummy. Snaps! He is listening to Beyonce (Single Ladies) on his Walkman.

It was Hans who did not resolve the reimbursement issue before the launch. He didn't know his elbow from his ass.

 

in hans case it was utter incompetence on logistical things. where the law and illegality comes in is whether or not he was complicit anywhere along the way in the 350-400M lie that is the root of this whole legal debacle causing over 4 billion in losses to investors and sidetracking careers.

Timing of this IPO is interesting. He was a big part of the problem at a company that is being investigated by the federal government. He sold stock at suspicious times. There will likely be some resolution in months, not years. Making himself look like a hero now should have no bearing on past deeds but that is probably how the mind operates.

Hans is now busy screwing up Juno. He filled his senior positions with the same incompetents who screwed up Dendreon. They keep promoting that sociopath CR! Juno is doomed. I put my money on Novartis and Kite.

 

Bishop is likely under investigation from his Dendreon days as COO.
