Shitshow. Good luck. I would look elsewhere. We are getting crushed by the lawsuits seen on TV thanks to J&J's shitty product. Declining product category,....

The rep that left that territory left because the geography was simply not manageable...and the future of the division is questionable at best.

Rep left that area due to the geography being unmanageable...it was a great job in the past...future is highly questionable now though

And there is no way to make plan. 170 is really 85K. But if you need a gig to go for it.

thats a little strong...I would say 130-140 is going to be about your average year. New comp plan is a wild card thought since nothing under 70% is paid out

Are we going to do some of those 40% "one time only" discounts to artificially raise revenue AGAIN? We will know by March who is going to be at plan or who will be looking for a new job full time. Given the silence on the sale of AMS my guess is that fewer people rather than more people will actually make plan. Going to be another bloodbath....

With your $60k base, you will be luck to make $120k in WH. The yearly quotas are unattainable. Speak with some of your URO and GYN physicians....they will tell you to run run run.

They will ask if you are going to do a deep "one time only" discount, one that will never- ever, I cross my fingers and hope to die - promise promo as well.....

People are looking to leave. The division is in turmoil and there is really no career growth or high dollar sales opportunity....

    Gimmicks work

Yes, gimmicks are a great business "strategy". Definately need to pay someone 400K per year + stock options to come up with a solid plan to offer a 1 time 40% discount....this is harvard business school type of strategy.

Your state, net makes no sense. It was a great position but now it's unmanageable? Sounds like someone's getting lazy!

Who do you think makes 400k to make these decisions?

Not sure if the one position is still open in Midwest, but I feel for the person that may have accepted it. The BSX deal means AMS reps are toast.
