    Well this job took a 180 real quick. Shorting people 10-25k on Q4 bonuses that were promised and slashing the comp plan to look like a high end pharma job.... Time to dust off that resume. If they don't come through with the bonus money that was promised, I suspect a mass exit. This job is hard, and if you are having success you deserve well over $200k. Not this "180-185k", that really adds up to $150k at plan.

    How does an organization provide Q4 incentives to drive revenue and close out a record year for the company and then when all the work is finished, cheat, steal, and rob your sales force of the bonuses they achieved and were presented? There is no hiding behind this one, especially when it was cut and dry in what the incentives were and to then find "loopholes" or claim "what I meant was" or purely LIE to your sales team and to this day still not acknowledge any mistake but rather try to clean it up, is morally wrong and the prediction is that the sales force will be walking and in a short while this company will have an extensive head count needing to be back filled

    Don't forget, CK says we "are family to him." Great product, but this place is being managed into the ground. If you're looking to come onboard, be sure to ask some tough questions to the hiring manager. It aint all roses here.

    Friends - colleagues .....
    This place sucks! It is so clear that we are in the beatin' wife syndrome cycle. Kills us last year up til' 4th quarter then reduce quotas to keep us in. Then beat us w compensation dip in Q1.
    We are being played by the worst mgmt ever.

    Chris Klecher stole from the mouths of the children from his sales force. He took away from the people who succeeded in the organization in Q4 and prides himself on being a greater person than he actually is. He should be ashamed of himself and he needs to have a gut check the next time he uses the words of family, caring, or concern for his sales team. Especially after his recent horrendous acts of thievery from his sales team and the malicious lies he's made. But I'm sure he's fine with himself since his family wasn't robbed from. Worst leader an organization could ever have, point blank.

    Anyone thinks it's weird I don't have a comp plan still but we had a call this week to roll it out and nothin was said?

    Is there a 2015 Comp Plan? If 15% did hit plan, is the other 85% lame with excuses, or just in need of direction and real leadership? What changes need to be made to make this company great?

    Wondering if anyone was ever started working and what they were told didnt hold up.......
    seems like commissions arent what they say they are. I started awhile back and havent seen it yet !
    How can I make sure I get the commission I was promised verballypans out . Never worked for a private company before now. Can they arbitrarily change it and what are my rights ?

    You have no rights. You are an at will employee for a company that puts together the most confusing comp plan ever. We have 1 piece of capital, and approx 25 disp order codes, but yet it takes a statistician to figure out how you are to be paid. And after you hit your number and begin asking questions about where your commissions are, it's considered insolent, disrespectful, and tedious. Cant wait to hear how many times CK will refer to us as his family on next weeks con call to roll out revised comp plan.

    #1 - I have never seen mgmt or executives to be so horrendous.
    Next - I love the fact that this CEO (wannabe) is on a mission.
    Does anyone know his mission?
    He wants to be better than his brother! His brother makes way more money and is way mor successful than the engineer.
    Fools missions here... We all die when you have someone from the Middle East running a company and this whacko is in a race to prove himself! I call that a LOSER!
