Just curious if anyone from the infamous Bayer animal health 6 month contract from the first half of 2011 ever got on a new contract? Myself, I couldn't even get the recruiter to acknowledge my existence so I went to another CSO and have never been happier. Sad the way Quintiles treated us after the nightmare of that contract and all we went through. Worst part is we had some great people on the contract and we deserved much better during the contract as well as after when Quintiles dropped us like a bad habit.
I was on another contract with the same style results. Quintiles would like to blame it on the fact that they feel some people don't deserve to be called back or they were not top reps. This is not the reality. The reality is their recruiting dept. is horrible with no follow through to anyone and this goes to all of their managers as well. The company has become a joke with no credibility and no sense of decency.
Curious if anyone from this disaster contract ever got on another contract. The recruiters won't even return my calls or emails for an interview. Advantage Multi......LOL
Many of the former Bayer contract reps were bitten by the Spanish Fly outbreak and are now spending most of their time whipping or lobbing it.
