If you have a good job now, definitely do not give it up to take a job at Rosetta. They will dangle some salary in front of you and then forget to mention (a) that your medical benefits won't start until the first of the next month (don't forget to buy Cobra!), (b) the two previous people in your position left after less than a year, and (c) they use forced ranking during the performance review process so that someone is always going to be at the bottom. Also, they're getting squeezed by their new parent company Publicis for higher margins. That means you're going to be worked to the bone.

It's like working in a dark cave with cavemen and cavewomen. If you like that kinda environment, send them your resume. As far as Publicis, they squeeze every agency they buy to take money out of the employees pocket to send to Paris so the French can gorge on Baguettes and crappy wine. We all love the French, don't we. They even took away our Veteran's Day!!
