peri-implantitis remedy?

I am hearing from some folks in the EU as well as on the US east coast that there is some new simple quick thing for putting on affected implants? Anyone know anything about this? Apparently it may be available in the US? Supposedly already available in some of the EU countries and less than 100 euros.
