This explains it. Doesn't seem like what is happening at DSCO (but DIDN'T retain good talent) will continue. If the BOD is going to pay someone close to a half million $, please make sure it's the right person! Please make sure your COO doesn't have carte blanche re: decisions regarding clinical direction, sales force sizing, content of materials, and most important--pricing. Then make sure your Ceo has a proven track record with successful launch of a biotech product and can steer the ship away from the rocky coast. What a shame this has happened. It did not have to. I killed myself for years trying to bring this product to market. With just a bachelors degree, I, and others, could have made it a success. No one would listen. Why not? I really do want to hear from the BOD why they would not just ask US, the experienced, customer-facing worker ants exactly what I thought? In response to your post, at least Miller is gone. Maybe now we will be able to move Aerosurf to commercialization and have realistic goals. It will take a lot of work, but we will get there. Really terrible that he's walking around acting happy, jovial when great people who did all of the "work" we're being let go today and they are in despair. What a loser. Someone take his key. And hope he stays out of industry.

Worried he will? ? ? ? Heck he already did run you into the ground. The BOD watched with eyes and mouths wide open and did nothing to stop it. Supposedly they were in talks with potential partners to take on Surfaxin or sell it outright. But only a few days later they stop the commercialization of the drug. Translation, another big fat lie.
