Elimination of the COE

Looks like only Pat D and Natalie K at the director level. 3 or 4 at the manager level.

Next few weeks should be interesting.

Don't even recognize those names

 

Name me one thing Pat D deliver in theast twenty years. That's right nothing. Just sucking up air as have most of the IT management at Lilly. Hopeful Scholl will be included in that mix.

 

Does Scholl still:

1. Have more than one office because he can have telephones installed because he used to work in Telecom therefore is a "golden boy".

2. Do nothing except talk all the time and make useless powerpoint and project plans that never actually account for the people or resources needed to actually deliver.

3. Lead projects because he was one of the youngest people to ever be hired at Lilly, therefore he is better than you.

4. Actually know very little about management and IT except he knows the right people.

 

Yes, yes, yes and hell yes!

 

What a worthless soul. Wouldn't walk across the street to piss on him if he was on fire. Worthless worthless and worthless.

 

So this guy is a director now? Please someone help him find the unemployment line by telling everyone you work with what a worthless employee he has been all these years! Get this person out of your company, he is nothing but poison!

 

But the details in his PM say he walks on water.
