I have never heard of that. I wouldn't blame them if the rep is missing $20K+ of inventory, would you? Thugs is hardly the word I would use to describe them. That would imply that they are aggressive and forceful. I would choose words like clueless and unknowing.
Yes, take it from me, they DO sue you if you leave and can't account for 100% of your inventory. They make mistakes with transfers and don't keep track of stuff and hten come after you. STAY AWAY! They are thugs. Stupid CFO man is a prick and will screw you.
