Amazing huh? You can watch some eaglets that are wingersizing on Berry College Eagle Cam....they're in GA so they were born earlier this year, but will start hopping branch to branch probably this week.

There was a ferocious stand-off between momma and an immature eagle last week.

I have become addicted to these sites....

It seems like the Eaglets get bigger almost over night. I will have to check out the GA cam.

I saw a brown Eagle while kayaking yesterday in the Lehigh Gorge.

They grew fast and flapping their wings - Looks like success for both.

The lens of the camera is really fuzzy because one of the eaglets had a direct hit on it with poop last week.

I started watching this cam too -- http://www.dickpritchettrealestate.com/videos.html?video=5YRJNXN8gxs down in Florida --

Ozzie and Harriet -- had 1 eaglet that fledged this week; the other one died at 25 days old. All of the vids are one the website.

Here's the interesting thing -- Ozzie was injured and found by a guy walking his dog -- and is currently at a rehab facility (there are pics of this as well) -- and will be returned to the area hopefully in about a month. In the mean time, a new male has arrived trying to woo Harriet -- it will be really interesting to see what happens if/when Ozzie returns. Since eagles mate for life, Harriet will probably welcome him home and kick the new one (called FV) out.....

The rehab facility is called CROW -- google it and I promise you will be amazed at what they do..........
