Ameripath has employee that draws Bone Marrows?

So how is legal for Ameripath to have a employee in Oklahoma that goes into the hospital & doctor offices getting the BMs for the account? They often even draw the BM & send to another lab? Actually drawing the BM? Anyone else able to offer that...legally?

I know how is it that Mary Jane the PA is able to draw BM's for Ameripath in Oklahoma?
Genpath is trying to compete..but they have offered nothing yet for doctors.
Anyone have information on this? help??

 

How is it any different than placing an in office phlebotomist?
