In the 20 years I have been in this business I have never seen a company advertise a job at the level and importance of a VP of Sales and not offer relocation. What type of company is this? Are you all doing that poorly?
A sure sign of a dying company. Can't wait to the level of experience and professional individuals this position will attract. If that is not a sign the company is in extreme financial trouble with no future not sure what else one would need to see? Embarrassing....

What kind of person will this attract you ask? Someone who needs a job so bad that they are happy to preside over flat sales, having no budget, no stock options, dealing with the wacko(s) in the home office and the clowns in Scotland. AND they live in New Jersey!!!!!
