There is not much they do in the Diagnostics division - standard PCR stuff. Nothing else. You are strongly discouraged from innovation, and are generally frowned upon by the VP here, if you think outside the box. Politics are heavy in the diagnostics division. You survive by stealing credit from others. Depends on you, and what you are, and what you want. If you like doing nothing, and can be political, this place is for you. Else, run as fast as you can.
