    Re: Coloplast

Coloplast discontinued the most popular leg bag and does not care about end user feelings.
I just spoke to Josh and he does NOT give a damn what we think . Our local supplier (Bach) said nobody likes the new style. The plastic tube is uncomfortable and irritating, it snags on clothing etc.
Thank God I found a Comp[any that had some old ones, it was worth a couple hundred dollars to be comfortable. Maybe Coloplast will wake up and realize the CUSTOMER DOES MATTER!!!!

Comfort? You and your customers/patients are worried about comfort? What about the piss poor (pun intended) welds that leak like a sieve? Cripes, they don't even function right.

Newsflash: all the corporate bluster about helping patients with intimate hc needs and 'listening and responding to customers' is total BS. This company is led by a bunch of short-sighted pricks who only care about short term profits and filling the founding families' coffers with share buy backs and special dividends.

You're spot on. It's a nice, humanistic tale to sell, but the reality is a far cry the messaging.

Mental note: Don't ever work for a sales subsidiary (again).
