Almost everyone from the big training class in February is looking or waiting for offers. All in the NE working for the the primary care clueless wonder RM doing same. Of the few that held out from the original launch, most have updated their resumes because they finally realized that this company will truly never change. This is a great place to get the experience that leads to much higher paying jobs in the industry. Willing to bet that turnover for 2015 will be 50%+by end of this year.
Like my manager. Don't mind my job. CIA bs sucks. Need to keep a binder, print out reports, profile sheets etc, but not allowed to expense printer ink and paper? WTF? Incentive payout minimal and locked in per territory til 3/16???? No growth incentive?? PTO minimal with no sick time? Base pay 30-50 perc less than same job at diff company?? Fact. This is a temp job until your next real job. Milk it for all its worth. Move on.
Any info on the manager for AR on the west coast? Do they have account experience? What are they like to work for?
Change? This company has always been run by idiots. MJ is a social r*****, JB is a scary unprofessional with, and JG is a uneducated fool guiding to the promised land. THIS WON'T CHANGE. Adjust and do something on the side or get out of Dodge!
