Here is a simple fact of what happened in 2013-2014. We saw 6 of the top 15 reps leave the company for better positions with more pay and a better work-life balance. That should bring some attention to upper management when there are open territories with declining revenues after the territory managers left. I know that South E will be suffering in a couple of quarters when that Atl rep left. No non-compete letters for employees? Enjoy taking all the customers you made while at Ceva to your new company! I hope you make more commission now.

It's not done. There are many more coming. You can't make money here. The bonus plan is to complicated with to many gotchas. To many ways not to make any money. No one cares though. I've brought this up to my RM many times and they say they tell the powers that be but still no changes. So you give up and go where you can make more money.

If you have the chance you need to get out while you can. The ship is sinking.

In my opinion cultures are top down so maybe the management needs to be replaced.

Heard several people turned in resignations. Is this true?
Are we on a sinking ship?

I have heard 4 people resigned. What has everyone else heard?
And who is leaving or has left recently?

Seriously, who cares? So, some one left. Big deal. Either dig in and get to work or go find out if the grass is greener.

Way to keep that "Challenger" culture alive and well. You should be asking the question why are people leaving.

It certainly isn't that you have a great product and people are making more money than they know what to do with.
