I am considering a sales job with your company. I understand that I can expect 13% commission on my sales. When I calculate that amount by the goals expected, that can be a huge number, but I am curious how many reps achieve that? Any insight on what I can expect to make in bonus? Thanks for any responses.

The bonus won't be much after jan 1, 2015 and the pass through ends. Lots of wound centers saying they won't use epifix since our products cost a lot and are above the reimbursed amount. I know of quiet a few top performers looking to leave before Jan....

Thanks for the feedback. I'm told that I can expect to make about $132,000 in bonus in a year. I feel that is maybe what the top rep in the country can make? Or is that the average rep earnings on bonus?

    Wow. Helpful and educated.
What is currently the average bonus? I understand that everything will be possibly changing next year. Are reps making a bonus this year? What is the range?

This company is not a good company to work for. My brother-in-law used to work for them. He left the company after only five months based on numerous reasons. He used to work for Shire prior to joining MiMedx.

Above post is right - bad company- bad people. No values or integrity. Do yourself and your career a favor and stay away.
