Right. I expect delivery not magic. There is some talent on that team but what do they deliver? No transparency. She continues the silo that GN so carefully built.

 

Plenty of transparency to those making strategic decisions. It's not a "delivery" function, it's purpose is to vet ideas for decision making.

 

Of course, just like Semio right? We learned first hand about your "vetting ideas" in that group. You had a blank check and when all was said and done, it was mostly smoke and mirrors with a high price tag. The delivery function had to deal with operationalising that mismanaged effort, just like the delivery group will be required to fund your current boondoggle.
