I am interviewing for a Narcolepsy specialty position and haven't heard yet of the salary/bonus range. Any thoughts? I am also interested in the culture at Jazz in this division. Thanks for any honest replies.
Congrats on the interview. I haven't been here for very long but I can say I am happy I joined Jazz. My manager, team mates and the culture are fantastic. A lot of that depends on what you are coming from, but for me, it's great. I don't think you will get specific responses about salary on cafepharma because the company is so small it is hard to be completely anonymous. I suggest you do a search on LinkedIn, connect with some current reps and call them. That's what I did and they convinced me to join. Good luck.
I got 14 years specialty exp. I currently make 112k base. What type of salary can I expect to make here?
Um it would be at least a 20k pay cut. They don't pay here. It's a holding tank for reps waiting to retire and temporary job for laid off reps to fund their job search.
