Not to mention we are not big pharma - and this is the big pharma way. Maybe if senior management understood how sales in this industry worked (and actually worked out in the field with reps) they would have understood more calls to the same docs don't equal more sales. We sell in the rare disease arena. There are only so many patients out there. But according to ZS we can call on neurologists so I guess we can expand our reach...

I'm worried if we look AL or BC in the eyes we might turn to stone.

 

After this meeting I am convinced we have the worst mid to Sr. level leadership that I have ever seen. How can is possibly get worse here. Its like a bunch of kids trying to run a high level organization. I am trying to get out but finding it difficult to find anything open in my area.
