Interview tomorrow - any insight?

I was offered an interview tomorrow for a pharma sales rep with Wraser. Is the morale still as bad as it was a year ago in these previous posts? What are the pros/cons of working here? What could someone expect to take home in commission since the base salary is so low?

Hopefully you passed up this job if you got an offer. Nothing to look forward here, you'll never get a salary increase and the bonus structure is a joke. Keep looking, you will be underpaid and burned out.

 

OP, its the old horse and carrot trick. Young horse hungry looking for something to eat. Along comes low priced carrot. Young horse do anything to eat. After awhile the taste of the cheap carrot's doesn't exactely get the not as young horse up and as eager as before. Before long the now experianced horse realizes that there are better carrots out there that will satisfy his efforts.

The WraSer road is strewn with the skeletons on horses. Many stayed longer than they had wished for the cheap carrots while the smart dined early and moved on to better fare.

The question to you.................what kind of horse are you?

There is nothing wrong with cheap carrots to start with, but a smart horse knows when to leave for greener, better carrots.

Get in, get experiance and move along to better yourself. I promise you that no one else will be this honest with you.
