Does anyone have any insight on the non compete agreement? Is it a non compete vs products we are actually promoting or working on, or is it a non compete for any other Oncology job within the same geography? The paper work is very vague. Also how long is it in place for?

Consult an attorney. They usually are not enforceable. If the CEO can go from Merz to ipsen, then you probably have little to fear. There are right to work laws.

We've seen people go from Ipsen to Novartis who is our ultimate competitor. Kind of funny. But then coming from Merz to Ipsen is like Karma

I think as long as it is not with a direct competitor you are fine. It also seems like from the replies it would not stick anyways.

Why so nasty? There's no bitterness or anger here. Just facts.

The previous cmo went to Nivartis. Given the company did not enforce no compete it means it will not be able to enforce
