We were told we were going to hear "by the end of April" about the 5 year R&D plan and more about the Franchise Leaders and their plans. Has anyone else heard anything but the sound of silence? I did hear something about R&D not being called R&D anymore??
It's hard to be called R&D after the lack of innovation and new products for the past 5 years. Not to mention the recent quality hold/recall for failure to properly test direct product contact surfaces for biocompatibility. So much for due diligence because of the preferred business decision to be risk adverse.
Two months later and still no R&D plan, just the news that we are now expected to produce a new blockbuster project in each franchise area every year. That seems totally doable, right?
