New adverse drug reaction with kyprolis?

Phase 3 ENDURANCE trial was suspended on June 16 due to the emergence of an ADR with carfilzomib.

Anyone know what it is?

The rumor up in South San Francisco is that the only adverse event is the reaction from the TO Marketing Team and Amgen Sales Force because now they have to work. No more blaming a crappy drug developed by its R&D staff.

With TO taking over the brand, a boxed warning has to be in its future. We all know that nothing Amgen does is good for the patient.
