company training

what is the training like for this company? i was offered a position but dont want to quit my current job if i have to take and pass a bunch of test with no guarentee of employment after.

 

Nothing like that here. Just think long and hard about taking the job. Lots of micromanaging, ride alongside, matrix's...big pharma stuff. Also expansion is questionable at best.

 

Any feedback you can give on training? Classroom or field training, modules,

 

LOL training is the least of your worries if you are planning to come here. Its just such a stupid, short sided and ignorant question compared to the other major issues taking place right now in the company and leadership I cannot answer. If you only knew....

 

Only just inquiring since my current company required a 90% pass rate on 4 very difficult exams. Some people went home without jobs which I thought was ridiculous

 

Nice try such a complete BS post. Companies do not send people home if they do not pass exams anymore. This ended back in the late 2000s.

 

If you fail the exams after repeat attempts, perhaps it's not the right job for you.
