Upper management at Rb Specialty Sales is toxic! it is a toxic, miserable ork place! It can't get any worse than it is. They need to clean house with Upper management!
The people are all back stabbers and make up their own rules! Lot's of prejudice here against anyone who does not fit in with the Adam clique.Christina Cunningham is the worst! They should fire her ass!! She targets people she doesn't like!! Worst management and worst company on the planet!
Just went through new region alignments and boy do some things make no sense at all. Definitely done in a cherry picking way to take care of the veteran managers!!!
