Same guy suing Pharmacyclics??? http://www.sccaseinfo.org/pa6.asp?full_case_number=1-14-CV-262815&crumbs=Civil%20Index&crumbs=Party/Case%20Type%20Search&crumbs=Party/Case%20Type%20Results&crumbs=Cases%20Involving%20Pharmacyclics
Hey, good for him. These companies don't give a rats ass about any of us. If he was wrongfully terminated then he should go get some cash...no big deal
I met Michael Crum in Phoenix. We didnt connect. No hard feelings. To create an anonymous post bashing the guy is childish. Grow up and move on.
If you look at other postings regarding Mike Crum, everyone seems to complain about him Micromanaging his reps. In fact, he didnt trust his managers to hire so he hired the entire West sales team. Managers only brought in their top two or three and he picked his favorite. I feel sorry for the managers that have work with him and the poor reps he'll be riding with in N. CA and AZ.
I interviewed with this guy as well. The manager said she liked me and I thought the job was mine. There were 3 openings. He asked terrible questions, didn't listen, and constantly was looking at his phone. Really disrespectful and I knew we didn't "connect". Pretty ridiculous that someone with the obvious lack of skills as this dude displayed is part of putting together a sales force to launch a drug and essentially their company. Good luck.
Interviewed with Micheal. Not impressive. Was smart enough to work for InterMune and make $$$ quickly from stock options.
Agree with the above post. Not a whole lot going on upstairs but he has networked well to get him into these positions with quick buyouts where RSUs and stock options will jump. Goes to show you...not what you know but who. This is definitely true with this guy as he is not the sharpest tool in the shed.
Michael is clearly sharper than most (if not all) of the posters on the board or he would not be the one with great jobs, options, and fat retirement plan. Maybe you should rethink how you define 'sharp'. Rich and 'dull' would work better for me.
Michael is a loser. The managers he brought on are also like him: self-serving and not to be trusted.
Perhaps those of you who were not hired should look to yourselves, rather than blaming others for your failures and being bitter, learn from your mistakes. If you do perhaps you will get the job the next time.
