How much longer can this company keep it's doors open? One bad contract after another. After many years I have decided to throw in the towel and start looking else where. This used to be a fun job and a good company to work for but not anymore. Just plain old tired driving and driving and seeming like I am going in circles. It costs money to work for PDI and that is not right.
Price has been in the $1.70 range a hedge fund bought in....it has been around $1.30 for a long time. Name me 2 good things about this company???
1. We are currently promoting a good product! Better than a treatment for toe fungus. 2. Still earning a paycheck. Lower pay than other CSOs. Why are the DMs so up our butts on a daily basis? Too many ride days! Ugh. We should get training or hourly pay when with managers. We're not full-time!
DM's "justify" their jobs with ride days. What is the purpose of a "ride day" in PDI's eyes? Very few DM's offer any educational insight on a ride day, they simply want the day added to their scorecard. Of course it is on the back of the rep. You are right, special pay for ride days is in order.
Exactly! No coaching. What is the purpose? Especially, if a rep has been in the field for many years. Waste of our time.
True! Most DMs are new and clueless about how messed up it is at PDI. Almost felt sorry for them when they came on board. I hope they have a backup plan! BI goes away it will be unemployment line folks!
