Most seem to be in over their heads. Have heard some very interesting things about some of our managers and their previous companies.
Do they really know what's happening out in the field? I can have 1,000,000 test orders, but if only 20 kits are shipped, what does that mean to me. I care about my bottom line $$. Nothing more, nothing less. Reps who have a zillion orders with 50 kits shipped are no better than the rep with 50 orders and 50 kit shipped. Yet, these managers are putting these reps on a PIP.
We have a few weeks left in the quarter. Call your MDR and the concierge team. They have the magic wand to make thousands of insurance orders ship and make patients open up their wallet to pay $645. I love my job.
