Does anyone have details about the recent, February 2015, downsizing of the infant sales force?
How many people were let go? How many remain?

I heard they are less focused on hospital market, and are now redirecting their efforts (marketing $ and sales resources) on the consumer market.

Not sure where you are getting your information from. Nestle Nutrition will be announcing a merger with Mead Johnson Nutrition to create a worldwide nutrition powerhouse. Abbott Nutrition will be let in the dust. Good riddance to you arrogant prcks.

The above poster is delusional. Nestle Infant Formula Division is DOA. The V.P. of Sales and her Regional Sales Directors have run this division in the ground. The only silver lining is that they will be out on the streets just like the rest of us will be!

Welcome to the wonderful world of Nestle infant management. Not a clue to be had. Sorry to hear about the interview. What territory?

one would think the end is closer than ever.....spend money, failed launch before launch....wasted trips...and that isn't even touching the leadership

Leadership has wasted money for years without ever producing results. The end should be near for DW and her cabal.

You would think it would have happened by now or real soon, however, after last weeks town hall where they only showed one slide on formula and infant nutrition and our monthly area call where the showed formula market share growth over the past year where from July 2017 to July 2018 there was a 0.129% growth and were EXCITED about barely 1/10th percent growth, it looks like nobody gives a damn.

Point this out though and you will get railroaded out. Drink the koolaid or else.

Upper management has basically been stealing money. They haven't contributed a thing back to the organization, other than chaos, turnover, and poor growth. That YOY slide was embarrassing.
