Who got a negative commission payout?

i can honestly say that not one single DM has added one bloody red cent to my 2M+ territory. Not one has taught me anything, too the contrary, the reps have "taught" the DM's. My last guy talking stasis ulcers at the podiatry conference and dehisced C sections to my trauma surgeon. So embarrassing.

 

How can this company get away with taking money from their reps? No one should be in a situation where they work hard only to pay the company money and the execs make bank. There are a number of conversations about this on another place but you can't link to it from here. Look up "KCI Woody Woodpecker" and it will be the top hit. Lot of great device stuff there.

 

All you have to do is scroll through the occasional Sales-Op report to see who's NOT making $$$. Over 75% of the company is not making commissions. This number will increase when Q4 hits. Get out before the mass exodus and all good jobs are taken. Everyone I know that has left has landed a good job with base pay of at least 90K. Getting ready to take off!!!!!!

 

All the good jobs are taken. All the device companies have been destroyed by the pharma mentality. They have been hammering that square peg into the round hole for about 10 years now. They finally got the peg to fit, but they ruined it
