KG is the only one left. Likely because he doesn't have any other options now that he's been exposed as a screw up.

Well he is pulling in a lot of $$ for the much smaller remit he has now. This next performance cycle will be interesting. With all the people leaving who will they pick for 1 and 2 performance ratings? I am concerned about a fair rating and not just a numbers game

Pursue outside opportunities. I did and so did many others. There if life after Q an it's a good one. Life is too short to be unhappy for long periods of time at work

Agree and more big changes are coming that will not be positive for anyone under AM

AM came on the scene doing a lot of smack talking about dramatic action to trigger change. It was clear to many of us he was eager to put his stamp on the organization. But thus far his erratic transformation attempts have not gone well and instead it's fostering discontent. My guess is his ideas will eventually produce mediocre solutions with little lasting impact. Way to go Exec committee and RT!

How true. All you have to do is look on LinkedIn. There are quality people not only jumping to competitors but also many ex Q IT people starting their own RBM and clinical solution businesses. AM keeps this up and opportunities will continue to emerge and talented Q staff will continue to leave. Remarque comes to mind

Ha! Good point but wouldn't put much faith in Remarque

Well I wouldn't put too much faith in a company that has an unquenchable thirst to outsource every role it can (unless of course I was in India or China).
