Don't do it I get it, the recruiter told you 75-90k base + 70k in bonuses. Waot? What! Awesome! Not. Last quarter they had to do an 'adjustment', to quotas. It paid out "50%" of the reps, at 80%-100% of 60% of the 17.5k. However, 50% didn't get anything. They don't pay you on any governmental tests (obvioisly) but they're factored into your quota. Quotas are high. You can absolutely make money here, people are, but, at the rate they're raising quotas, it'll be an uphill battle. Look into Roche's listings, you'll see a consolidation is coming. Honest kudos to those that made full bonus, I made partial payment, you may make some, probably not. Managers are not prepared for their roles. If you can't make bikls, take this job and ride it until you find something else, otherwise, I wouldn't. Forget all of this if you happen to fill in a top territory like Florida, or any in pclub. Ask them to verify any and all comission payout claims. Ask about your SPECIFIC territory.
