How is Quest Operating Model treating you?

Just waiting to see if Horsham closes. A bunch of clowns run the place.

Horsham lab is a joke. You have supervisor that know nothing about the job. You have team leads think they r going to move up into the company the way they run around the place they look like fools. Not just a lab it's a meat market . And some of the woman dress like they are going out on the town instead of working with specimens. The only place they r going is to the parking lot to meet up with another co worker, more screwing around up there then work getting done.. Instead of joining a dating service get a job at Quest ,
