Now that step 1 is complete, you'll start to see some incremental changes (change mgmt 101- 'quick, small wins'). I predict something like region realignment and a possible expansion of the sales team (if you're part of the 'revenue generators' maybe you can campaign to get out from under the drill Sgt). Also, exec mgmt will begin beating the 'we're a performance organization' drum. Charlotte, that means you won't be able to sand bag anymore, or at least for the next 6 months.
