AZ started breast cancer awareness and has been a huge player in oncology for over a decade- hormonal treatment and more- who is the Ass Clown now dumb shit?

 

If you think AZ is a great reputable oncology company....then, go work for them...
Clovis may not be the company that some predict them to be...... but big pharma aint perfect....
it all depends where your mindset is....and trust me, many aren't clovis fans either....but AZ is not a role model

 

AZ hasn't been relevant in the oncology marketplace for the past 5 years. Ask any oncologist if they think AZ is an oncology company and you will have your answer. AZ is definitely not a role model nor contender in the Oncology space for any reason.
Clovis is at least focused on Oncology and not some primary care big pharma company that dabbles in oncology on the side. If you like big pharma go to Pfizer or Merck or BMS, they are at least more respectable. AZ is a dinosaur trying to make a comeback, Pfizer almost bought AZ and AZ would have been better off it they had succeeded.

That may be true but Clovis went out and hired a who's who of dinosaur managers or those with zero oncology experience, and very few have any lung experience or relationships. Clovis is the land of misfit toys, those left behind at Genentech after all the big wigs left and took the real talent along with them...

 

One of the managers I interviewed with hasn't even a manager most recently and had no oncology experience.
