Consider yourself lucky! I know it's easy to dismiss me as an anonymous jaded poster but check in with the new hires six months down the road and see how happy they are.

Yes. Please do consider yourself lucky to have NOT received an offer. Greer has a lot of karma to reap and unfortunately those who were hired will feel the bulk of it. Docs will not write Oralair. Jobs may last a year and the first year does not count. Good Luck.

I was also told I would not be moving forward. I thought I did well during interview process but I must have sucked. The recruiters are still out there trying to find candidates for the position I interviewed for.

What were they looking for in a candidate?

They may be looking for lackluster reps because they know high level reps will leave once they REALLY get to know Greer and OraLIAR. Oops Oralair.

I launched allergy meds , I just won presidents club for 3rd time rep of year twice ... I didn't get past pi! Lol... I had not planned on interviewing after seeing what Oral Air is... I also had to fill out a "survey" for recruiter - they demanded "year of high school graduation " ... Really? I am not old but seriously ? When will EEOC stop the madness ??? Don't feel bad for not getting chosen ... They want "friends of friends "

Friends of friends??!!!! You got that right!!!! The person that beat me out was a friend of the hiring manager and they gave me a bullshit reason why they did not want to hire me. The person they hired could sell water to thirsty. Greer is an interesting group of people.

No friend would subject another friend to this misery. They sent out an email looking for people to refer friends for $$$ and NO ONE referred any friends because you can't make any money selling OralAir and management is terrible.

The Oralair plan from the very beginning was a joke, and targets were/are completely unrealistic. They keep reinventing the wheel, trying to find a market space that doesn't exist. High expectations from Rick and his Sereno engine/kronies will destroy the fabric which made this company great. Prior leadership was 10 fold better. This is a small town pharma company, and they want to spin it around and make it Sereno. I hope it succeeds for the people, but I am very hopeful that failure comes at the executive level...they will lie, cheat, and will throw everybody under the bus if it suits them.

What about the marketing people on this job? What is the story? Good, bad, a joke?
