All signs are pointing towards a sale of the company. It seems like the direction from upper management is to make the Sales Reps deliver on orders and then make the Customer Service reps take over from there and maintain the relationships. The sales force gets eliminated and Exact moves to a call center based sales force. Exact is looking out for Exact. I have to look out for me. No loyalty these days.
The writing is on the wall. The direct rep impact is negligible and once the USPSTF rating comes out you can run lean with limited field resources. Trim the fat. AMs and reps don't need to set up conference calls, texts, emails about routing or reach and frequency in 2016. Good luck.
This is 100% correct. Those telereps in Wisconsin will piggyback on relationships created in the field. Notice what's happening with every new writer coming in. It's happening now out there. But, it's just business. Keep the emotions out of it.
