If you are planning to take a job here, please know that it will become your life. You are expected to be on the road and giving a lot of facetime with your account (which is what good salespeople and relationship managers do). But.... at the same time you are to be on the phone with your boss, and checking in, and listening in on conference calls, doing homework for your manager, doing constant training modules, researching new sales approaches and events, role playing, practicing, managing your expenses, preparing and ordering sales collateral, playing caterer and order taker, many more that are too tedious to bother mentioning. This sounds like a great way to live. The culture here is toxic in some spots. It all depends on your territory and you work for. Just like when we were children, nobody wants to be put in the mean teacher's class. But every school has at least one that you cringe it, if not more. Good luck if you work at this dump.

Sounds like we are on the same team. I truly hate this company. I think my DM hates their personal life.

I wish we had to get signatures. Especially with all this micromanaging.
