The ultimate for our organization would be to have Julie as IO and Scholl as CTO. This dynamic duo could make us world class.
Julie liked no one and was never helpful to anyone career while she Was in power. School lie his way to a director position which was the only someone like him could. Ask yourself what has he deliver that was thought as a success. Window 2000, outsourcing monitoring team. Outsourcing data centers, or the best one outsourcing telecom group. Of course in the eyes of upper management he was perfect for those roles. He and Julie suck.
But you're not bitter ;-) This post was meant to be about the best IT dictator (sorry, I meant director). Is it safe to assume that there aren't any and they are all crap?
Hi guys. I'm from England! I am IT recycling Manager from a big computer company, and I was wondering who the best person to contact at Eli Lilly us, regarding the possibility of myself and my company working alongside your great company by Recycling and Disposing all of the IT equipment throughout the entire Eli Lilly enterprise, or at least the UK/European side of things! Although we have just joined up with another company in the States who we work with, so we are now a Global IT Recycling company I appreciate your help on this matter. Thanks Wayne Thomas
Cheers Wayne. You've come to the right place at the right time. We have far too much outdated IT equipment that needs to be recycled. You'll find most of this outdated equipment at the Director and above levels, but some at the lower levels as well. You should contact Derica Rice. He knows how to handle salvage materials.
Clearly there aren't any. But there have been a bunch of promotions to director this year...are they all as bad as the jokers named in this thread so far?
Lilly promotes only those who have displayed the qualities and actions that depict a true leader who is beyond reproach. Look to these promotions as inspirations for your own career aspirations. HR Joe
Have we all lost the power of speech? It's gone so quiet on this thread, have we nothing to say? Or are people too frightened to speak.... I'm just curious why when all the other Pharma boards are very active this one is dead. Smacks of a management clamp down on free speech....
Ina has brought the much needed stability to IT that we've needed for 10+ years. All my complaints have been addressed. If you have concerns, I would contact HR, they're always helpful if your concerns are real.
But who are the protected class? Women? Europeans? Asians? Come on, stop making barbed comments and start naming names... I haven't seen a real discussion on here, apart from JP, about who the best/worst directors are. Has nobody anything sensible to say?
There hasn't been anyone good since Mike Heim got rid of Julie Kiffmeyer... LOLOLOL What about Ann Marslender.... ROFLMAO!
