Looking for additional feedback on whether or not to join here in field sales. My other option is with a very well known company's Oncology division, but involves a much much larger territory in more of a team selling environment. Base salary probably 5k+ less here. Have spoken with local representatives already and was provided a somewhat rosy picture of current/future bonus/stability prospects at MedImmune. Got the same impression like when contacting any reference-Are they going to really say anything negative? So like Clint Eastwood, looking for the "Good, the bad, and ugly" about the BSS role etc.
What about the contract positions with MedImmune? How much is the base salary? Are the contracts going to be extended?
