The person was the MD and had terminal cancer. If the CEO wants to save money by hoping for faster ending because her bonus us tied to getting to profitable then that's okay with me. I myself could not live like that. It's just how she roll with medics.

I think they are referring to CS trying to terminate EP who was an MD on disability for terminal cancer. In fact Marc already knew and said no to termination. DC wS told to get rid of her but he didn't. She couldn't retain any MDs and the one she had she tried to terminate the terminal. The culture is so sick in HQ.
