How can Miraca offer a doctor a meaningful use consultant, who then charges the office a very cheap rate? This is the pure definition of inducement!

they say they are charging "fair market value" for these services??? Not sure how they get away with it.
Are you saying that they are violating Anti-Kickback laws? Or what are you trying to imply? If this is the case how come no whiste-blowers have come forward. Seems like if this was close to being true there would have at least been some sort of investigation by the FEDs.
