Such a pleasurable place to work. Oh all was well 28 months ago but that's long gone. Now it's " hey let's go to a POA with a PIP up my ass.

 

Change the people or "change" the people. You need to step your game up.

Don't let them fool you, a PIP just means they are looking to cover their behinds before they fire you. Every person who has been on one in the West and Northeast was fired within a year, all based on outlandish goals they put on the PIP.

 

Any managers on PIP?

 

PIP's are only for reps that don't kiss butt

It's well known in the industry how incompetent Ranbaxy is. When I got hired for my job now, my boss told me they're an ongoing joke.

 

It would have been better had he/she let you know before you took the job!
